Business trip in Europe and Asia

I visited Europe in autumn in the first time in years. Financial problem revealed in Greek now spreads over many European nations, and Japanese media is covering this issue everyday. I was hoping to see, with my own eyes, what is happening in Europe, so I visited Germany, France, UK, Italy and Spain in this time.
Those nations expect UK are surely leading EU, but I feel there seems some flaw in cooperation due to their economic situations. There are protests even in UK that provoke social instability , and also what is happening in EU affects our country, as you are facing already, which causes negative impact on the exporting portion.

I left Japan with many negative impressions, but unexpectedly two cities I visited, which are Milan and Barcelona, where there are even larger economic anxieties in those countries seem to be full of people and even more vigorous than others. Besides, there are many modern building constructions that I could not imagine beforehand. This gap might be by region, but there is a big difference what I see it directly so that I feel Europe will be recovered sooner or later.
Like recent years, there are many disasters or calamities including Japan because of unusual climates. Among the counties I visited this time, Spain was relatively hot temperature even in October while other countries are like winter. This may be one of unusual trend. On the way to back from Europe, I was supposed to come by Bangkok, but I cancelled to visit due to the worst flood in 50 years. With the return flight from Bangkok, I met a friend of mine who is company president by chance. He was also coming to Bangkok but had to cancel his visit. Other than that, I heard from media that there many Japanese companies affected by the flood, so I hope they recover as soon as possible.
I received many sympathies and encouragements from where I visited. I wish nothing further damage in the flood for Thailand. Also I would like to express my condolences to all people who are affected by the flood.
