NICHIRYO AMERICA AND VWR ENTER INTO
NEW DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT!

Nichiryo America, based in St. Louis, Missouri, and a subsidiary of Nichiryo Co. Ltd., is pleased to announce the completion of a new distribution agreement with VWR in West Chester, Pennsylvania for the distribution of the Nichiryo liquid handling product line. VWR, a highly respected global leader in the Laboratory Distribution market, which combines a strong commitment of providing the highest quality products, excellent customer service, and a large field sales force provides Nichiryo with a key element in the Nichiryo strategic plan.

Nichiryo has long been represented in the United States through several private label and co-labeled product lines. The recent decision to establish the Nichiryo branded line will greatly benefit with the new partnership. The global strategy of VWR is also viewed by Nichiryo Japan as an opportunity to enhance the Nichiryo brand in areas of the world not yet familiar with the Nichiryo product line.
